Umah Duri Villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms
with en-suite bathrooms.  Two
separate buildings constitute the main living areas of the villa,
separated by gardens and a swimming pool. The elevated main
building features a living area and kitchen with a wrap around
verandah and two bedrooms. A formal dining terrace situated
far right of the building and allows 10 people to dine in comfort.
The spacious master bedroom and private en-suite bathroom are
located in the second building. The villa is fully staffed and
equipped with IDD phone, Satellite TV and 24 hour security.
This property is recommended for smaller families and couples.

offers a cosy atmosphere where you'll be made to feel right at
home from the minute you arrive. Umah Duri is a fifteen minute
drive from Bali's International airport and close-by to Seminyak
and Legian, which offers some of the finest dining, shopping and
nightlife on the island. |

- Rates are valid immediately and can change at any time.
- All rates are quoted in US dollars, inclusives of 21% tax and
service charges
- Rates do not include, telephone, gratuities, meals, cars or drivers
- Rates are categorized in three separate seasons, LOW, HIGH and
PEAK
- Low season: Minimum 2 night stay
- High season: Minimum five night stay
- Peak season: Minimum ten night stay
- A 50% deposit of the rental amount is required on confirmation
of your booking
- The balance must be finalized 45 days prior to arrival or immediately
if the booking is made less than 45 days
- A USD 50.00 administration fee will apply to each amendment after
a booking is confirmed
- Notice of cancellation must be informed in writing
- Airport transfers must be organized with BaliSmile.com due to
this villa's private location it can be near impossible to find
if in a taxi
- Villa check in time after 2.00 pm
- Villa check out time is 11.00 am - extended late check out is
also available on request
- Any functions, events or weddings must not take place without

As Kuta & Legian grew, they spread further
north to the areas of Seminyak and Kerobokan. There is a profusion
of restaurants, shops and bars and many western business people
residing in Bali tend to live in this area. |
