bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, open plan living and dining,
a fully equipped kitchen, private swimming pool offering uninterrupted
views over the Ayung Gorge and its intimate exposure to the spectacular
culture and landscape of the area.
This brand new villa has it's own private house maids, cook with
in-villa menu and evening security. Other features at Villa Ria
Sayan include cable T.V, VCR, CD, VCD and a fax machine located
in the upstairs study room. The villa also has a safety deposit
box.
Villa Ria Sayan, has been built to exacting Western standards
and yet the villa is still un-mistakenly Balinese balancing
a fine sense of traditional materials- alang-alang grass roofs,
local stones and timber.
During your stay at this luxury villa, sit back and enjoy a

- Rates are valid immediately until 7 January
2006.
- All rates are quoted in US dollars, inclusives of 21% tax and
service charges
- All reservations are based on a first come/first payment received
basis
- To confirm a reservation a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.
- 70% balance is due one month prior to arrival
- Once the balance payment is received its non-refundable
- No refunds for No show
- Check out time is 11.00 am
- Late check out until 16.00 pm is negotiable in advance - subject
to approval
- Late check out after 16.00 pm is 50% of the nightly rental rate.
- Full night rate applies for check out after 11.00 am
- Telephone bond: Visa / master card credit card imprint required
- Method of payment: Credit card visa / master card - (3% surcharge
applies and all credit card payments are deducted and converted
into Indonesian Rupiah at the current US exchange rate on that day),
Cash.
- US dollars or Telegraphic Transfer (Telegraphic transfer charges
are the responsibility of the guest)
- Minimum rental period: 3 nights (low) and 7 nights (Peak)
