The Avatara Villa is designed with the
ultimate in guest comfort and seclusion in mind. Spectacular
views of volcanoes and rice terraces down to the river which
is located at the foot of the property. With four air-conditioned
or fanned bedroom suites, two king size bed suites, one queen
size bed suite and two king single bed suites with cable T.V,
DVD, CD player and connecting bathrooms, two bathrooms with
bathtubs and the other two with standing showers. A spacious
dining room, kitchen, lounge area with DVD player and cable
T.V, library with a selection of books and games, a large lay
back open-air lounge area.
Breakfast is served daily as per the villa
menu along with a selection of western, Asian, Vegetarian and
Children's dishes. The villa is fully equipped with bed linen,
bath and pool towels. There are a total of 11 staff in total;
1 cook, 4 housekeepers, 3 security, 1 gardener, 1 technician
and a driver. In-villa spa treatments are available on request.
This property is suited for families with older children and
honeymoon couples. An air-conditioned car and driver is available
for 8 hours daily for local shopping and excursions. The Greg
Norman design golf course is ten minutes drive from the villa.
This secluded hideaway has it all. Experience Bali in a five
star setting.

from Kuta.

- Rates are valid immediately and subject to change without further
notice
- All rates are quoted in US dollars, inclusives of 21% tax and
service charges
- All inquiries are handled on first come/first payment received
basis
- To confirm a reservation a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.
- 70% balance is due one month prior to arrival
- No refunds given for No show
- Check out time is 11am
- Late check out until 16.00 pm is negotiable in advance - subject
to approval
- Late check out after 16.00 pm is 50% of the nightly rate.
- Full night rate applies for check out after 11.00 pm
- Method of payment: Credit card visa / master card - (3% surcharge
applies and all credit card payments are deducted and converted
into Indonesian Rupiah at the current US exchange rate on that day)
Cash, US dollars or Telegraphic Transfer (Amount must include telegraphic
transfer fee)

This regency is very famous for Tanah Lot
temple, also has a lot of tourist resorts such as Bedugul (lake
of Beratan) with its cold temperatures. Tabanan also has other
tourist attractions such as Alas Kedaton, Jatiluwih terrace rice-fields,
Pacung village or Soka beach. |
