Inti a villa comprises of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, with separate en suite. Two of the bedrooms feature king size beds and the third bedroom has two king size single beds. There is a spacious T.V lounge with library, CD, VCD, DVD and cable TV. The swimming pool looks out to some spectacular scenery and is suitable for both children and adults. For children there is a portable cot that pulls out to be a change table and playpen. With a total of seven staff to cater to all you're everyday needs. Including 2 excellent cooks and housekeepers, 2 gardeners and pool attendants, 2 security staff and a driver/manager.

A light breakfast is provided each morning which includes fresh fruit, toast, tea or coffee, all other food and beverage requirements are at the guest's expense. The required food is bought fresh on a day to day basis by the head cook along with an extensive menu to choose from. Approximately, Sixty to seventy-five dollars per day is sufficient to cater for six adults.

The maximum number of guests staying at Inti-a-Villa is six adults and anymore persons including children must be authorized by BaliSmile.com.
Additional bedding can also be provided. All guests on arrival at the villa must follow in accordance with the law of Indonesia and be registered with the local authorities within 24 hours. A small charge of approximately Rp35,000 per person does apply)

Guests are greeted at the airport and returned on the day of departure in the latest model Toyota Kijang which is also available for rent on a weekly basis at Rp 250,000 per day plus petrol including an English speaking driver.

- Rates are valid immediately until 1 January 2007
- All rates are quoted in US dollars, inclusives of 21% tax and service charges
- Villa rates are categorized in HIGH, LOW and PEAK seasons
- Rate inclusions: welcome drink, chilled towels, breakfast where stipulated, full time staff and local taxes.
- The maximum number of guests must be no more than a total of six (6) persons, unless authorized by BaliSmile.com
- Villa guests must in accordance with the laws of Indonesia be registered with the authorities within 24 hours of arrival. A photocopy of each passport will be requested and the costs which will be met by the guests.
- A light breakfast of tea, coffee, toast and fruit is included in the villa price any other drinks or food required will be born by the guests.
- A security deposit is to be paid on arrival and will be refunded in full on day of departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed in which case refunds will be made by bank cheque/transfer less cost of damages.
- A deposit of 30% of the rental amount must be received after confirmation of your booking.
- Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee your reservation.
- Notice of cancellation must be given in writing, deposits and final payments are non-refundable.
- Payment can be made by credit card (Visa/ Master card) or telegraphic transfer. The amount transferred must include telegraphic transfer fees.
- Villa check out time is 5.00 pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Guests will be met on arrival at Bali International Airport by the villa staff. Also a departure transfer is provided on day of departure.
- The villa reserves the right at anytime in it's sole and absolute discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. The villa will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of monies in respect to accommodation and car rental.
- No party or function will take place at the villa without prior arrangement with BaliSmile.com.
- The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it's staff, employees or BaliSmile.com.
