Villa Gajah Putih is located in Canggu, just
a twenty-minute drive from the greater Kuta/Seminyak area where
the prime dining, shopping, and nightlife in Bali are located.
Because of its slightly out of town setting, it has the double
attraction of being relatively close to everything one might need,
while being far enough away to retain a peaceful rural feel. The
surrounding village is traditional Balinese, and retains large
expanses of pictorial rice fields. This five-bedroom villa and
its immense property has the spectacular attribute of being set
directly on the beach, and the ocean view enhances the enticing
attributes of this prime estate.

Terms & Conditions
- Rates are valid immediately and can change at any time.
- All rates are quoted in US dollars, inclusives of 21% tax and
service charges
- Rates do not include, telephone, gratuities, meals, cars or drivers
- Rates are categorized in three separate seasons, LOW, HIGH and
PEAK
- Low season: Minimum 2 night stay
- High season: Minimum five night stay
- Peak season: Minimum ten night stay
- A 30% deposit of the rental amount is required on confirmation
of your booking
- The balance must be finalized 45 days prior to arrival or immediately
if the booking is made less than 45 days (60 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings)
- A USD 50.00 administration fee will apply to each amendment after
a booking is confirmed
- Deposits and final payments are non-refundable
- Notice of cancellation must be informed in writing. Fees do apply
if a late cancellation is made.
- Airport transfers must be organized with BaliSmile.com due to
this villa's private location it can be near impossible to find
if in a local taxi.
- Villa check in time after 2.00 pm
- Villa check out time is 11am - extended late check out is also
available on request until 3.00 pm. After this time, a half day
rate will apply
- Any functions, events or weddings must not take place without
authorization by BaliSmile.com |

north to the areas of Seminyak and Kerobokan. There is a profusion
of restaurants, shops and bars and many western business people
residing in Bali tend to live in this area. |
