spa treatments available on request from Antique Spa, personal
catering, dry cleaning and laundry services and return airport
transfers are included.
Antique villa's helpful staff will provide you with up to date
information about the island and can assist with grocery shopping,
and just about any other daily requirement.

located among rice paddies in the Umalas area and only ten minutes
away from the island's most popular dining and entertainment venues.
There is a choice of either a one or two bedroom villa.

Terms & Conditions
- Rates are valid immediately until 31 March,
2005
- All rates are quoted in US dollars, inclusives of 21% tax and
service charges
- Villa rates are categorized in low and high seasons
- The maximum number of guests must be no more than:
- 2 persons in a one bedroom villa
- 4 persons in a two bedroom villa
- Villa guests must be registered with the authorities within 24
hours of arrival in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. A photocopy
of each passport will be requested and a small cost will be met
by the guest
- A security deposit must be paid on arrival and will be refunded
on day of departure unless repairs need to be performed in which
case refunds will be made by bank cheque transfer less cost of damages
- A 50% deposit of the rental amount must be received on confirmation
of your booking
- Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival, or immediately
if less than 45 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee your
reservation
- Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. Deposits and
final payments are non-refundable
- Payment can be made by credit card (Visa & Mastercard) or
Telegraphic Transfer - the amount transferred must include telegraphic
transfer fees
- Villa check out time is 15.00 hrs
- Guests will be met on arrival at Bali International airport by
the villa staff
- A departure transfer is also provided on the last day
- The villa reserves the right at anytime in its sole and absolute
discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation
party. The villa will not be responsible under any circumstances
to refund any unused portion of monies in respect to accommodation
- No party or function will take place at the villa without prior
confirmation from BaliSmile.com
- The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or
damages as well as injury including death sustained by any person
whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether
the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations
of the villa, it's staff, employees or agent |

residing in Bali tend to live in this area. |
