RATES
All quoted room rates are per room per night, unless
specified otherwise.
The special rates are including 21% tax and service
and are applicable for booking through www.balismile.com
only.
There will be high season surcharge during July, August,
September and 20 Dec - 10 Jan (it will be subject
to hotel's high season surcharge written on our hotels
page)
ROOM
TYPES
Single Room means one room with one big bed or twin
bed valid for one person only
Double Room means one room with one big bed valid
for two person
Twin Room means one room with two single beds valid
for two person
Triple Room means one room with one double bed and
one extra bed
TO
MAKE A BOOKING & ENQUIRIES
- We only use one FORM for booking and enquires.
- Please fill the BOOKING FORM / ENQUIRY FORM for
reservation or any of your request.
- All details are needed to process the reservation.
- Check again your email address before submitting
the request.
BOOKING
CONFIRMATION
All reservation or request will be replied within
24 hours if the time zone is different or within the
same day if the time zone is the same as ours.
TO
RECONFIRM THE BOOKING
All confirmed booking shall be guaranteed with your
valid credit card details
* Credit card number
* Card holder name
* Expiration date
* Bank name of the card
* Passport number
* Birth day
* Copy of passport and credit card should be sent
through facsimile OR
- 3 last digits number written on the back cover of
visa / master card
- 4 digits number written on the front top cover of
Amex

PAYMENT
PROCEDURES
*
Your credit card is used to guarantee the reservation
and will be charged if there is any cancellation.
* Full payment has to be made in advance prior to
arrival through Balismile.com by Bank transfer (additional
fee 10 % from total amount) or by credit card (additional
fee 3 % from total amount) (only Visa and Master Card
accepted) at least 7 Days prior arrival (Low Season)
and
14 Days at High Season and 30 Days at Peak Season.
This payment collection will be handled by our representative
NOT by the hotel.
* All payment by credit card will be converted into
local currency using the exchange rate on the date
billing
* VISA (+3%) / Master (+3%) credit card fee will be
applied for credit card payment
* We do accept cash in US Dollars, Australian Dollars,
Japanese Yen. USD Dollar checks are welcome.
ARRIVAL
AND DEPARTURE TRANSFERS
Arrival Transfer
Our representative will be waiting for you outside
of the international arrival hall with a sign board
written your name on it.
Departure
Transfer
All information regarding the departure transfer will
be collected upon arrival in Bali.
Pick up time will be arranged 1.5 hours for Nusa Dua,
Sanur, Kuta, Legian, Jimbaran and Seminyak; 2 hours
for Ubud. Other areas will be arranged a day before
departure.
EARLY
HOTEL CHECK OUT / DEPARTURE
Early check out will be charged if the hotel charges
us for early check out.
Early check out fee will be applied for 2 nights during
normal season and the whole nights during July, August,
September and 20 December - 10 January
Notification of early check out shall be made 2 days
in advance.
TO
CANCELL OR AMEND THE BOOKING
Please use the provious correspondence to cancell
the booking or to amend the booking. Cancellation
penalty will be applied based on our cancellation
policy.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Cancellation policy differs from one hotel to another.
The basic cancellation policy when using our services
are as below :
During Normal Season
* One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation
within 14 days prior to the arrival date
During
July, August & September
* One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation
within 30 days prior to the arrival date
During
20 December - 10 January
* One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation
within 45 days prior to the arrival date
HOTEL
VOUCHER
All hotel vouchers will be sent to the hotel directly.
If you need the copy of the voucher, please let us
know the fax number. |
